We will have 1-2 prenatal meetings to get to know one another better, discuss your birth preferences and needs, and practice comfort measures and positions to get a sense of how we will work together as a team at your birth.
From the moment you hire me, I will provide unlimited phone/text/email support. I love questions and want you to use me as a resource.
Access to my digital resource packet, chock full of information specific to San Diego.
I am on-call for you 24/7 from week 37 of your pregnancy until your birth.
I will have contact with you during labor and join you when you decide you would like me there & attend your labor continuously until your baby is born.
I will stay with you for 1-2 hours postpartum and help with lactation support and getting you comfortable during those first hours.
I will come for a follow-up postpartum visit within the first two weeks of your birth where I bring soup, and provide belly binding. I can provide support with processing your birth, feeding your baby, new parent self-care, emotional support, newborn care, etc.
I will come for a second follow-up postpartum visit around 4 weeks postpartum, which can help alleviate any fears, address any postpartum issues and provide additional support with infant care. If preferred, this follow-up can also be done over the phone.I am always available to you in the future to discuss your birth experience, help you find resources for parenting, and delight in your child's growth and development.

I will be available for 3 digital follow-up postpartum calls within the first two weeks of your birth where I can provide support with processing your birth, feeding your baby, new parent self-care, emotional support, newborn care, etc.

Healing Mayan Bath and Massage
Step into a luxurious milk bath filled with healing tea, flowers and essential oils. Fall into a state of deep relaxation with guided meditation, and breath work. Enjoy the benefits of the cleansing water and oatmeal scrub. Step out of the bath with a new found gratitude for the amazing journey of birth you and your baby experienced.
You will make your way to the massage table and start the massage with a closing Rebozo ritual. The rebozo scarf is used to create a unique style of relaxation and compression to release excess toxins and swelling due to pregnancy. Followed by a blissful massage that puts your mind and body at ease, relieving anxiety, increasing healing circulation, helping your body adjust back to pre pregnancy posture, and promoting oxytocin(love hormone).
You finish your treatment with a facial & scalp massage bringing you to the deepest point of relaxation. Feel all stress and worry melting away.
You complete your treatment with a personalized belly binding and enjoying a nourishing soup. This treatment is to pamper and heal our new moms inside and out.
